Who makes and ships my order?
Every shirt is printed and shipped by Spreadshirt, our fulfillment partner. We design the shirts — they handle everything else: printing, packing, and delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 3–5 business days to print, then 7–10 business days to deliver within the US. Express shipping is available at checkout if you need it faster.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only if production hasn't started. Log into your Spreadshirt account and check your order status — if it still shows "Payment pending" or "New" you can cancel it there. Once it's in production, it can't be changed.
How do I track my order?
Spreadshirt sends a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check status anytime by logging into your Spreadshirt account.
Returns & Issues
What's the return policy?
Spreadshirt accepts returns within 90 days of delivery. Log into your Spreadshirt account to start a return. See the full details at Spreadshirt's returns page.
My shirt arrived wrong or damaged — what do I do?
Contact Spreadshirt support directly — they handle all order issues and will make it right. Reach them at help.spreadshirt.com.
Do international orders have extra fees?
Possibly. Customs or duty fees may apply depending on your country — these are charged by your local government, not Spreadshirt, and aren't refundable.

Check the size guide on any product page before ordering. When in doubt, size up — it's easier to layer than to unshrink.

Yes! Use the contact page to send us your idea. If it's good enough we'll make it — and hook you up with a discount code.
Do you have a physical store?
Nope — online only. That's how we keep prices low and avoid having to wear pants at work.
