Fulfilled by Spreadshirt
All orders placed on NekkidTees are fulfilled directly by Spreadshirt. That means returns, exchanges, and order issues are handled by their support team — not us. The good news: their return policy is genuinely solid.
90-Day Return Policy
Spreadshirt accepts returns within 90 days of your receipt date. If your item doesn't fit, you don't like it, or something arrived wrong, you can send it back.
How to Start a Return
You can initiate a return by logging into your Spreadshirt account and finding your order there, or by using the link in your original order confirmation email. If you run into any trouble, Spreadshirt's support team is available by phone or through their contact form.

Cancelling or Changing an Order
Because every shirt is printed on demand, changes are only possible before production starts. To cancel, open your order confirmation email or log into your Spreadshirt account — you'll find a link to your order in either place. Click Details → Cancel Order.
This only works while your order status shows "Payment pending" or "New". Once it moves to "In production" or "Sent and paid", the shirt is already printed and the order can no longer be cancelled. If you still need changes, place a new order after cancelling the original.
